Golden Beauty Collection (GBC) is a beauty, wellness, and professional education company providing beauty products, spa equipment, private label branding solutions, beauty business resources, and professional training programs for entrepreneurs, licensed professionals, and beauty enthusiasts.

Due to the time, preparation, and professional expertise dedicated to each appointment, all services are final sale.

Golden Beauty Collection does not offer refunds on completed services.

If you have a concern regarding your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will carefully review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, schedule a complimentary correction appointment. Correction appointments are offered at the sole discretion of Golden Beauty Collection and are not considered a refund or replacement of service.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services, trainings, or products purchased.

If a dispute occurs, Golden Beauty Collection reserves the right to:

• Provide proof of agreement
• Submit booking records and signed policies
• Restrict future purchases

We kindly request 24–48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in:

• Forfeiture of your deposit
• A cancellation fee
• Restrictions on future booking privileges

Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice ("no-call/no-show") may be subject to additional fees and may be restricted or blocked from booking future appointments with Golden Beauty Collection.

All trainings, classes, workshops, and certification programs are non-refundable once booked.

Because class seats are limited and preparation begins immediately, we enforce the following policies:

• Training deposits and tuition are non-refundable
• Students may request one reschedule with advance notice
• Failure to attend a scheduled training is considered a forfeited seat

Golden Beauty Collection reserves the right to reschedule training dates due to unforeseen circumstances.

Students will receive access to:

• Professional training materials
• Demonstrations
• Certification upon successful completion (if applicable)
